It replaces <a href=\"https:\/\/laser.fontmonkey.com\/foe\/\">Footnotes on Epicycles<\/a>, where I blogged for almost eleven years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;m a Professor of Philosophy in Albany, New York. I write in the philosophy of science, the philosophy of art and music, the epistemology of technology (Wikipedia and AI), and pragmatism.&nbsp;My work is motivated by a fallibilist but non-sceptical conception of knowledge. I regularly teaches courses in philosophy of science, logic, epistemology, pragmatism, and philosophy of art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are interested in more about me <em>qua<\/em> philosopher, see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fecundity.com\/job\/\">my professional homepage<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More generally, this blog is about whatever strikes me.
